Maori Shares shared for all.

I think if we are serious about making real change and economic progress, we need to make bold choices and have visionary goals.

Ideas like a shared arrangement with Taranaki Iwi, East Coast Iwi, The Government and the People to benefit.

A split where everyone will get a part of the shares, like an electricity rebate, we could have one for being a citizen, or resident.

Everyone would have excatly the same so any one who was to register with proof, the amount might only be small but something to grow.

My Campaign is to get gains for everyone in a fair and even way.

Ideas like this are good as it would be a start and something to build on.

Shareholders could build funds and either draw funds or reinvest in more shares as others sell.

A move like this would be fair for all and be the best way to stimulate the economy.

Maori Land Court and Minister have Millions of dollars in trust and need to take steps to mitigate the situation. Bold steps though not capable.

NZ First Key to Labour Government

Winston Peters to do well which I think he will, ACT and Rodney Hide to do bad which I think he will.

The issue for National is ACTs poor performance and their disgraced Leader.

Phil Goffs only chance to be PM is for NZ First to make 5% and ACT to not do as well but for a possible National Candidate in the seat of Epsom.

National don't need Rodney and could count on that vote if they had that seat.

If they were wise they will get some of the ACT vote, and stand to gain the best advantage if ACT perform bad, more so if Nats take back Epsom.

Phil Goff could form Labour,
Maori Party and NZ First.

Phil needs to support Winston, if he didn't realize Kiwis are flocking and the issues he is standing on.

Nationals best chance is to work in lower class areas and command ACT Voters.

Banks and Henry end PMs Honeymoon

It has no doubt been the longest running honeymoon period for any PM and Govt. This blessing though still having legs and could carry this mob throuth the next election.

The recent episode by Paul Henry in my opinion have hurt the PM and his image, he could be seen as weak and unable to make tough decisions.

Along with John Banks running a terrible and failed attempt to run Auckland. Which was given the JK kiss of death.

The CHCH earthquake has given them a few points but the mess its left behind and Bob Parker.

NZ First and United Future will be ones to look for, I think a lot of swing votes who went National last time might shop around this time.

If ACT continue to implode and National run a credible candidate then we may see a shakeup.

Labor need not get to excited as most the votes who went National was to vote agaisnt Labor, the issue now is we have either terrible policy or a mob doing what the last mob were doing.

Leah Panapa and Willie Jackson

The past week has been about who are the two Maori to take over from Paul Henry.

Well I say Willie Jackson and Leah Panapa each have the fine tuned skills to cut in the TVNZ World.

Each make up for their skills and short falls, Leah is such a lovely person, the profile she has brought from the Glad ads and the TV2 news breaks has made her a formidible candidate and I would be surprised given her grooming she hasn't been considered.

Willie is the Interview person hecan do the business both have and work in TV and TVNZ and can do this.

Willie and Leah.

Campaign Over

Well that was a lot of fun I ran a nice small tidy campaign and got some positive feedback. This was a foundation to build on and extend in other areas. I am going to concentrate on my job and building my business. I am also working on Campaigns for next years Election.

I am also going to make some commentary of how I think this election went and recall some of the issues. I will also be looking closely at what my local board is doing.

Foundation Campaign

This campaign has been a good way to test the systems and to set a foundation block to work from. As an Independent Candidate the thing that really annoys me is where tickets run in all seats that have multiple seats. I think this should be capped so that no one brand can sit in all seats when there are multiple positions. The other thing that is a concern are hoardings. In particular two rules one hoarding per site, and no other sign to be attached to the hoarding. Besides the other shananigans this has been a really good campaign.

National's Woos

The National Party has some serious work if it wants to stem the flow of really excited people who voted for a brighter future, stack up against this performance:

We have gone from a brighter more prosperous future to step change: Reality is John Key has fronted a massive photo opportunity and Media Frenzy to look Mr Nice Guy and Mr Family Guy:

Which is great, but at the end of the Day Conservative voters want to see action, results and motion.

This Government has failed, it has introduced tired old worn out policy, and gif name stuff with no substance.

Mr Media him self, the Builder of the Kopu Bridge to no where, Stephen Joyce is the biggest loser, selling quite well a pack of lies and deception in a neat little bundle, giving him the power to walking around with a few billion dollars of hard cash.

Minister Paula Bennett is another culprit, walking around with billions of dollars, but is doing well to sort out her portfolio, however a long yet still to go.

The Focus this year, is the Super City Elections, and next year its the Economy, and also an Election Year, so John Key needs to sell to the public, how him and his National Government has done what it has done to the Economy.

John Key and all of National Party Caucus, must work very hard to get my Conservative PArty vote this year, United Future is looking likey to get a Party Vote, MMP is also likely to to get a tick keeping with the Status Quo and fixing the current problems and system, rather than to start all over from scratch, with the problem of facing the same issues we have now.

John Banks and Len Brown are going at it, John Banks has a lot of momentum behind him, I see Len doing alot of posting on Face Book, and he gets around to do alot of stuff, and he has stayed very positive and is running a very good campaign.

Banks and co however are putting the boot into Brown a bit, but for reason they need to show why Brown would be bad which I accept, and what they have to offer is better:

It will be hard for a Conservative to vote in or for Candidates who have any Negative impacts within their campaign. My full support as a Neo Conservative is behind Len Brown as the more Socially Liberal, Social Democrat.

No matter what it is very interesting times ahead.

I am really looking forward to networking more in the coming months over this exciting election period.

Why Print Media is Not Dead but TV might Be.

They have all been talking about it, that Print Media, namely News Paper is Dead, or very close to it.

I have made a few comments why this will never happen, Breakfast and Toilet, Basically most people have a daily routine, eat breakfast and read the newspaper: We want to touch and feel the paper, and read the pages we always read to start each day:

Also the first thing I mostly always do when I go to the toilet is look for something to read: As we become busy and look for more things to fill the gaps in our life, we look to expand our minds through new media, newspapers, magazines and books:

TV though I think is Dead, unlike a book when we can pick it up and put it down and come back to it as we please, TV is different it is based on a certain time, news at six short land street at seven etc. With the coming of the Internet we now have on demand TV, and at least in NZ's case every good show that is currently on TVNZ is actually found on the net except its about five or six episodes ahead: So why do I wait for it to air on TVNZ well now I dont, I simply get anxious source these shows then watch them online: Much more convenient:

The days of arranging our lives around what is on TV, being silent at certain times, not answer the phone at a particular time is over, I can watch a whole week or months episode in one sitting, then go about more other things:

Print media is alive and well, TV is Dead.

Its OK til jandal on the other Foot.

I have a couple of culprits I am going to moan about today:

1. Marcus Lush - I caught the tale end of his show on Sunday, I think he went down to Antartica for some reason:

And the cheek he had a little rant saying dont go down there, leave the place alone: And at the end he was calling some place to ask about a snow mobile.

So he can go down there but no one else can? And its not even like people are going down there in the troves anyway.

2. My other moan is Michael Laws, a few months back he was going on about facebook and how lame he thought it was, then today gosh you would think he worked for them

I am getting a bit sick of it, find a cause and stick to it, and whilst finding such a cause dont exclude yourself, ie Mr Lush why the hell can you go to Antarctica, then turn around and tell everyone else to leave the place alone, your an idiot.

And Michael Laws your not cool, so dont make out you are, just do your job, your lame, nothing else is lame, dont knock it til you drop it.

Oh and Michael although your analogy would be accurate, that Bebo is younger - browner, and Facebook older whiter, please just dont ok.

Finally I said Jandal because I went to a workplace the other day, and long story short, the guy goes oh yeah its ok when the jandal is on the other foot, quite funny: Mr Lush wears Jandals so appropriate.

How to get a Nintendo DS

"Awesome wee machine, love playing it, well worth it, I havent gone on the net yet but will soon."

How I did it: I got Fired so i used my Holiday Pay to buy one.  I had a look around for what was on offer, and I thought it would be good to get this game, as I only play a few games anyway, and a DSI has a camera and is able to go on the net, it also has a really useful calender feature which allows me to schedule daily stuff, its really cool.

No Smoking in Super City

The new Auckland Super City needs to be big bold and significant, with the Rugby World Cup The New Auckland Super City will be Centre stage.

Radical Changes that were attempted to be included in the Plan would set a good message about New Zealand and have huge flow on effects.

The Recent coverage on Smoking shows people want change and reform.
Advertising and Places you can smoke are a huge issue.

Recently a Bill went to Council to Ban Smoking from Queen Street but was voted down by the ruling C&R and the Chair Cr. Aaron Bhatnager, he didnt want to Police the Policy.

Not long after Christchurch introduced a New Policy, No Smoking at Parks - The coverage is more towards playground and local area parks that generally have children playing in them. It a Dynamic Local effort where Local members have a part to help contain the policy. An excellent idea, Auckland has the capacity to do this through the Ambassador Network.

Auckland only needs to focus for the Main Street Queen Street, and would provide areas, it keeps it away from our Store Face, Retailers would applaud the idea of not having people smoke at the front of their Queen Street Boutique.

Working Group Conclusion Disappointing

The Conclusion of the Govt. Finance Working Groups is well rather disappointing. It was not Ambitious, and it was not Change.

This National Govt. is not in threat of becoming a Centre Right Party, but a Liberal, Social, Fascist. Party. Why? Because they are kid gloves, stupid liberal, they are in active, and to pay a lrage amount to have Members discuss our Tax, and Closing the Gap with Australia to deliver what they did is Scary.

Don Brash said get rid of the Minimum Wage, So Pay everyone what? $7 p/h? And he wanted to lower taxes for the Companies and High Income Earners.

The Tax Working Group, says Land Tax, Raise GST to 15%, Tax Cuts for High Income, and recycled money and tax cuts for the low income earners. Again I am agaisnt Recycled Money, Why should you Tax a Worker, then maybe lower their tax rate slightly, and give them some assistance - but they collective amount still be much less than the entire amount you are taxed: This cannot be right - I have a better solution dont take any of my money, and I just pay the full amount for stuff as I need it, and I dont get the assistance from the Govt. because obviously I wont need it, and that option is not attractive enough.

I am very disappointed with the outcome, they have not done anything for the people that matter. A much fair option is the Republican Model, Fair Tax and True Republican Values of No Tax and Aspiration. Mike Huckabee has a Model that Countries should take Seriously.

Tax Consumption end not Productive. I think a Conservative Party would have said here is a model that is in America, Fair Tax - Its not a Flat Tax, but it is a Single Tax and its Fair to all Consumers. The only way to move forward is to get my money into the pockets of consumers, better social condtions, savings and robust networks.

It has been proven that when you lower the Tax on Production, you actually increase Govt. Coffers Income. A rise in GST and a Significant cut in Production, a Low income could go from, 21% to 8-12%, with a rise in GST to 15-17% - From 17% you coul go to 19-20% and have a Tax Free Income Base.

For the Finance Working Groups to not come up with big bold plans is a waste of time, they dont have any options so they are also in a bad position. We will see where we go with this story.

Banks blames Everyone Else:

John Banks has spent the last couple of days, pointing his finger playing the blame game, The first pointing came on the weekend, when the Herald reported that Several Super Yachts have been sent away from Auckland and NZ because Auckland as the City of Sails, 0f City of Fails - are unable to accommodate them.

Banks didnt really point blame at anyone, but just said that the new Super City will be World Class City with Vision blah blah, basically its the New Cities problem: But I will make it even bigger by holding up any Development that would help this issue, by putting barriers infron of the Government instead of getting them to sort out the Car Park on the wharf that wants to be an Open Space in time for the Rugby World Cup nect Year.

The most recent blame game come this afternoon, when Traffic Lights across Auckland went Down, and Trust Power shut down Power to consumers across Waikato and Northland:

Banksie in true form wasted no time to jump on the blame game and capitalise on this sorry state of Auckland Power Affairs. I dont really think finger pointing is the way forward, and its a bit rich that Auckland has something to say, why dont you fix the problem on your own soil: C&R ho now controls the Auckladn Energy Trust should do something, ok they are the lines Company but lets not get political, do your job:

The last thing we need is John Banks pointing the finger at everyone else, and writing up a list of issues that he was unable to fix now as Mayor of ACC - he should be worried about getting his own state of affairs up to par, rather then Claiming the Super Mayor before his time.

I would have liked it if he took on hand what the situation and look to provide solutions to deal with these issues, pointing the finger does very little.

Dynamic Social Services

Another big issue for my Campaign this Year is going to be the issue around Social Services, how far, from where and how much does a Local Government get involved. This is a Central Service, but at some times, different places and circumstances it may make better sense if some of the Delivery or Operation of these Services are better used as a Dynamic Balance Between the Social Welfare System and the Local Government rather than the Central Government. This may be where the Local Council may be in a better place to know of the situation and circumstances surrounding the parties involved rather than an Office in Wellington away from the area.

A Balance could be found, and I would be in favor for the Council to look into finding what the balance may look like. At a minimum I would also be keen to see the Local Council and The Welfare System working much closer together anyway. This can be a new way and area for the Council to look at ways to update and make systems more efficient, and looking for different partners to deliver services.

Better co ordination and networking between Central, Local and Welfare Services - can help deliver better outcomes.

Community Art Centre

As part of my campaign for Council this year, I am going to focus alot of attention on the So Called Community Art Centre in Glen Innes Town: The Centre has been voted down for the past 10-15 or more years; This Critical Local Meeting Point has been a plan in the mix for a very long time, The Local Marae is also keen to get the ball rolling and has also submitted plans that involved re building the Marae and having a one stop shop for Arts and Social Services.

Cr. Aaron Bhatnager of the C & R, as Chair of the Financial Wing for ACC has always set the agenda to ensure that is was voted down over the past two cycles, and it has been placed and kept on the put off til later list.

This can keep happening, this building and resource centre is too important for a Community such as Glen Innes and the wider area. The rewards and financial benefits that it can bring to the community are vast, crime will lower and education levels will raise, training opportunities will rise, as such economic benefits will rise in the area. Rate Payers, should also note that such Development will help to raise the social economic status of the area, by Developing New Dynamic Buildings and Work Spaces has an on going spill off effect into surrounding areas, increasing property values, morale and economic activity in the area.

A vote for C&R will be a vote to take more money away from the South East Electorate and into the pockets for Remuera Foot Paths, while the hard workers slave in Onehunga, Panmure, Gi: And a vote for Labour Vision will be a status quo as their poor policy and networking skills will mean they will be able to come up with any good working policy for the electorate and achieve nothing.

Independent Candidates are accountable to the people not to a party.

Quick Guide to Faking 9/11

I have to write this blog, because there are some stupid people in my network who still dont get 9/11 why it happened and why the tricked the world.

1. Pre Cursor to Terror Laws, and War on Terror.
2. Insurance Scam for the Buildings: - Mr Silverstein went to court to argue two separate acts of terror also, so twice the payout.
3. Insurance for the Planes.
4. Gold Storage under the Buildings
5. Put options that were placed on the Companies on the Stock Exchange.
6. The most important was to destroy all evidence, documents and case files that were being housed in the office of the FBI and Commerce Department in related Building 7 - Which to this day has not been given sufficient evidence as to how those buildings were destroyed.

How: Over many long hours and months they applied Explosive Paint and Explosive Devices across the building.
They then used a collection of animation, and camera trickery to stage the show: Using Loud Speakers and Sound Effects to give the illusion of a plane, neat camera tricks and drone airplane to simulate the attack:

The Drone Planes can then be filled in later with actual footage of a plane or near enough: The great thing about a drone plane is they are much cheaper than an actual plane but can do all the same things of one.

I am not going to get into anymore detail than this, but if I do see need then I will: But you might like to start by looking here:

Leaky Homes

This is not going away it is such a scandal, why should the Good Residents of South Auckland pay for the debt of other areas, when this area alone managed too with all things against them - Build Homes that dont leak.

Where as all other areas, Mainly East, North, Central - build Homes that leak.

The real Problem I have is that I dont want Central to pay for it as its a Local Problem, but its not a problem where its not a problem, so really its your own problem, there fore if you are in that situation, then steps need to be taken by your self to fix that.

It needs to go on a case by case scenario and it has to come more local: It should only come form the Local Budget, ie East Auckland Only, Central Only and North Only, so the problem must be sorted out at the most local area - but on the whole area.

You could then take a percentage per state capita from the central budget. This might take longer but, by not making it more harder on People not in that situation, you are enabling areas to profit accordingly: And it would not just be a matter of being able to move to another area: As the problem only effects owners of the Homes, so either way it passes through you or not. And other Neighbor hoods would be able to continue to grow the economy.

Rental Prices are going to rise more, My rent has increased this year: I expect that to stay the same for the next year or two. -

Thank God thats Over now for Next Year.

Self Explanatory really, well into next year:

The talk has been next year for the past year. Its already the end of the year, with local elections this year. As I have said I will be running as an Independent.

I hope to spread a good distinct Neo Conservative, Social Democrat point of view. I hope to touch base with Independents, Social Democrats, Democrats, Left Wing, Right Wing, Moderates and Conservatives.

My views will be focusing around the Leaky Homes Fiasco, and the Shame of this Administration to put your Council into such a mess.

I will ensure better systems and methods: And I wont put your future, or the Council of your Children and Grand Children to carry this debt.
